Return, Exchange, and Maintenance Policy
To complete any return, exchange, or maintenance process, the original invoice must be presented.
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items are in their original condition without any damage or alterations.
Customers may exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the items are free from any damage or signs of use.
Beds, tables, bed sheets, pillow covers, mattresses, and all other products can be returned or exchanged, provided they are in their original condition and free from any damage, alterations, or usage.
Returning or exchanging items does not result in an extension of the return or exchange period stated on the original invoice.
Refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days from the date of the request, after receiving and inspecting the items to ensure they meet the company's terms and conditions.
In cases where there is a pricing error on the invoice, product damage, or discrepancies in dimensions, description, or image, the company reserves the right to reject or cancel any return or exchange request.
Items manufactured upon the customer's special request or based on specific specifications are excluded from return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect or do not match the agreed-upon specifications.
